This release enables the `Swap` action on the Numbers Status endpoint and documents the associated swap frequency limit.

    The `Swap` action code on `POST /v1.0/numbers/status` is now fully functional. A number can be swapped **twice every 120 days**; additional `Swap` requests for the same number within that rolling window will be rejected. This limit is now documented directly on the endpoint reference.
