Overview
This plan walks a new Telegent partner from POC kickoff through go-live and the first 30 days of steady-state operation. It is a joint checklist — tasks are owned by Telegent, the Partner, or both (Joint).How to use this plan:
- Onboarding begins with a POC. Work the phases in order.
- Each phase has a clear owner and a Phase Complete gate — don’t move on until it’s met.
- Skip conditional sections that don’t apply to your use case (e.g., skip SIP if you’re API-only).
- Conditional add-ons (A2P / IoT / Static IP) are documented at the end and slot in alongside the relevant phase.
