A clarification and expansion of how the InternationalVoiceEnabled field behaves on a line.

Changed

  • InternationalVoiceEnabled now controls international voice and international messaging. This single flag governs both international calling and international messaging on a line — not voice alone, as previously documented.
  • Defaults to false. Every line is provisioned with international off. Set InternationalVoiceEnabled to true to turn it on. The value is honored from provisioning, can be changed later via POST /v1.0/numbers/update, and is returned by GET /v1.0/numbers (Number Details) and GET /v1.0/numbers/inventory (Numbers Inventory).
