This patch release adds E911 address management to the Numbers group, enabling partners to register and retrieve emergency service addresses for any provisioned phone number directly through the API.

E911 Address Management — Register or update the emergency 911 address associated with a phone number, and retrieve the address currently on file. The E911 address is provided to emergency services when a 911 call is placed from the specified number. Addresses must match a valid MSAG (Master Street Address Guide) location.
