This patch release adds a device unlock status lookup to the Numbers group, letting partners check the carrier lock state of any device — including handsets that were never provisioned on the Telegent network.

Device Unlock Status — Check whether a device is carrier-locked or unlocked, by IMEI or by phone number. Supply PhoneNumber for a device already on your account and its IMEI is resolved automatically; supply IMEI directly for any other device, including handsets never provisioned on the Telegent network. PhoneNumber is optional — if it is blank, IMEI is required.
