This release adds two new documentation tabs to the developer portal — Onboarding and Best Practices — and retires the Quick Start Guide tab. The Onboarding tab replaces the Quick Start Guide with a full partner onboarding checklist covering every phase from POC kickoff through go-live. The Best Practices tab adds a comprehensive MVNO provisioning reference with request/response payloads, field tables, and an ID glossary.

New

A new Onboarding tab has been added as the first tab in the portal navigation. It replaces the Quick Start Guide with a complete partner onboarding plan covering all phases from POC kickoff through the first 30 days of production:
  • Overview — phase summary table and navigation cards
  • Discovery & Setup — POC kickoff, NDA, scope, contacts, Slack channel setup
  • Phase 1 — Credentials & Access — DID assignment, console access, first OAuth token
  • Phase 2 — Connectivity — webhook URLs, CDR delivery, SIP interconnect
  • Phase 3 — API Walkthrough & Sandbox Testing — end-to-end testing checklist covering all Intelligent API categories (Accounts, Products, Packages, Routes, Subscribers, Numbers, Subscriptions, Messaging, Voice, Data, CDRs)
  • Phase 4 — Production Cutover — production credentials, first live number, monitoring
  • Phase 5 — Post-launch — CDR reconciliation, billing review, 30-day retro
  • Conditional Add-ons — A2P (10DLC), IoT, and Static IP / private APN configuration
Each phase page includes an owner column (Telegent / Partner / Joint), a phase complete gate, and navigation to the next phase.
A new Best Practices tab has been added to the portal navigation, positioned to the right of API Reference. It contains a comprehensive MVNO provisioning guide originally distributed as the Telegent API Best Practices internal document:
  • Overview — provisioning flow diagram and 7-phase quick start summary using the Steps component
  • Comprehensive Reference — full request/response payloads, field tables, and gotchas for all 10 API sections: Authentication, Account, Subscribers & Roles, Routes, ICCID, Products & Packages, Subscriptions, Provisioning & Porting, Data Usage, and AI Guardian
  • Appendix — ID glossary (AID, TSUID, MRID, CRID, PID, PKID, NID, ICCID, CFID, MFID) and common error reference
All JSON payloads from the source document are preserved verbatim in code blocks.
A full-width SVG diagram — The Provisioning Flow — has been added to the Best Practices Overview page. It shows all seven provisioning resources (Account, Subscribers, Routes, Products/Packages, Subscription, Provision/Port, Data Limits + Guardian) in a horizontal sequence, grouped into three labeled stages: 1. Set up, 2. Define what you sell, and 3. Light up the line.

Removed

The Quick Start Guide tab has been removed from the portal navigation. Its content is superseded by the new Onboarding tab, which provides a more complete partner onboarding experience. The underlying quick-start-guide.mdx file is retained on disk and can be restored if needed.
